"I decided to turn my bathtub into a walk-in-shower and started doing research on the process and companies that provide that service. I had four different companies come out, and one I cancelled after reading their reviews, they were in the low 3s. I chose Premier Home Pros to do the work, I read their reviews and they were good. This is a new company to Michigan but most of the reviews I read were from Ohio. I got lucky enough to have Eric install the shower for me and I couldn’t be happier. Eric showed up on time and never stopped working. Eric worked on my home like it was his own home. He communicated with me what was going on and very neat. I am getting new flooring and told Eric that he didn’t have to put anything down because the carpet is going anyway, but he still did. I sure hope that Premier Home Pros realize how valuable Eric is to the company and how lucky they are to have him. Eric should train all the new employees, not only on the process, but on work"

"We had three companies come out and give us quotes for replacing our water heater. Ours was from the 80's and so not only did we need a new unit, there was quite a bit of plumbing work that needed to be done getting the unit and venting up to current code. Our tech who came out went above and beyond to walk me through the process, answer all my questions, and brought up points the other companies never mentioned. In the end BF Plumbing was the highest of the three quotes by a couple hundred dollars; however, they also included work in their quote. We received a much longer warranty with their quote and they also took the time to clean up and remove all of the old venting equipment as part of the quote. The tech was always on time, the office was great to work with and they were amazing during the install. He took his time to walk us through everything new after the installation and our basement was more clean after he left than we he got there. A few days later I received a follow up phone call from the office to make sure everything was running smoothly and to ensure the installation went smoothly. All around this was a very professional company. Our tech was amazing - friendly and I really appreciate the time he took to make sure we understood everything. I would highly recommend them to any one!"

"Altogether, I am very satisfied with the timeliness, quality, professionalism, and cost of Hartland Plumbing’s service. I called Hartland on a weekend to replace my aged water heater which was no longer heating water. Their tech explained to me the differences between my current brand and another, less expensive brand. I was able to make an informed choice. When he arrived on Monday, he made quick work of installing the new system and removing the old one. He walked me through the new system and left the premises cleaned up. He also accepted credit card payment after the work was completed. I would hire them again."
