"Doug Brock of Brock Mechanical is the perfect example of CUSTOMER SERVICE! He emailed me, texted me and called to get in touch about our sump pump. Once he arrived, on time, he had his tech Kevin in another truck follow him to the job. He had a replacement sump pump in his truck, job was completed in about 30 minutes, if that. While in our crawl space Doug & Kevin noted a few other details going on with out well and filter. They were honest, kind and accommodating and took care of two other issues plumbing related without being asked. They just did it! I would highly recommend Doug Brock for ANY of your plumbing needs! "We were recommended White-Lavender plumbing by a friend who used them for a home project. It was a basic job in that we needed a water heater replacement. They were very easy to work with. Melanie was our point of contact with scheduling the appointment and any questions we had. On the day of appointment, they arrived on schedule and proceeded to change out our old water heater. They were very professional, efficient, respectful of our home, and cleaned up after themselves (which I have had issues with regarding other contractor projects). The replacement took about 2 hours from start to finish and we have had hot water without issue since. I would recommend White-Lavender Plumbing to anyone who is looking for a professional, locally based company in the Ann Arbor area to help on repair or replacement plumbing projects."

"Joseph was able to come the same day and get the job done. That was a big relief to me. After the work was complete he showed me where the paperwork was stored with the tank and told me what I can do to maintain it so it lasts longer. He showed me how to shut off the water and gas leading to it and how to relight the pilot. We have very hard water in Fenton. I was very pleased with his work and grateful for the senior discount."
