"Fabulous products, service, knowledge & skills! We had a walk-in bathtub removed and replaced along with 96" worth of ugly tile on walls. Our new 2nd bath is beautiful. We chose white tub & white subway tiles and polished nickel fixtures. The team did a fabulous job replumbing (they found problems with old plumbing and fixed it properly), removed the beastly tub without splitting in two parts, meticulously placed plumbing, tile backs, and tub in and installed new fixtures. They jumped through hoops to locate polished nickel products to include the shower rod. We also had them finish the plumbing in our unfinished 3rd bathroom and the install a 32" corner shower. Whew...it's a small bathroom so we talked with the crew chief doing the work (he's SOOOOO knowledgeable and just a great guy!) and he gave us suggestions regarding sink and toilet. It's a tiny bath so we greatly appreciated Westshore stepping up and going above and beyond to do the work in our home. We get rave reviews on how well these bathrooms look and it shows! Just beautiful! Price was right on point considering they went above and beyond and followed up."

"From a few previous back-ups, I knew that my sewer line had a dip whereby sewage would build up and could not pass by. After some guests staying in our basement reported that the "the basement toilet is gurgling" I'd had enough and wanted peace of mind that it wouldn't back up again more than money in my bank account. I used HomeAdvisor to find a plumber to repair the line. All 3 responded quickly and all 3 came out, but only Keith from Rooterguy took the time to run his camera and figure out where the dip in the line was. Outside the house, he used an instrument to determine (roughly) where the dip was. All of this was free. The other two companies wanted to charge me $250 for the camera and didn't bother to use their instruments to determine where the sewer line is located. In addition to that, Keith's estimate for the work was less than the others, and he wanted to only dig what was necessary as opposed to automatically digging up the entire line from house to street. His estimate included repairing sprinkler lines (standard) and replacing sod (unique to his bid). His estimate also included jetting a secondary line from the basement bathroom to the mainline. Due to circumstances beyond Keith's control the digging crew was delayed by two days and due to some difficulty with the fall from the house to the street it took an extra two days to finish the job. But they finished and everything is working well. Due to Keith's responsiveness (always quick to text me back with updates), thoroughness and overall reliability, I would recommend him and Rooterguy again."

Both the design and installation were efficient, and it's obvious these guys know what they're doing. The materials we picked out for the job are good quality and contemporary. We really love the color combination of the LVP flooring and quartz countertop, it looks amazing! Overall, the experience was better than expected, and less $$ than the other guys wanted."

"Great company overall to work with. This was our second large project with them. Very professional timely and efficient. The actual work crew were great. They walked in took one look at what work was proposed and made some changes to plan to save destruction of our finished basement to a minimum but yet accomplish same goal. Structural stabilization d/t expansive soils. Roje and crew left my yard looking like they had never been here and the basement cleaner than they found it. Excellent follow up instructions and work review. So impressed with Roje, Manuel, and Christian. Even finished 1 day earlier than the contract. My only concern is the project manager the structural engineer and the foreman who actually took rein and made calls on what actual work would be never came out as a team to confirm what would need to be done so we were met with a last minute audible and big plan changes leaving us nervous and questioning the original evaluation. Recommend these 3 people go to site before work begins to make sure the plan is laid out with property owner ahead of time not after work starts. That would instill a lot more confidence In the original recommendations especially when its a large fairly, expensive project. Overall, at end of project we are very pleased with everything. Anxious to see the results over the years."

I was a little skeptical at first with their prices being lower and the fact that the company is a little newer, but was very happy to learn that they have years of experience installing bathrooms together (and that experience definitely shows)! We had them replace a basement shower stall that was moldy and unusable. A lot more work went in than previously expected, but they stayed until the job was complete. I could not be happier with the work or the quality of materials. 5 of 5 stars for sure!"
