"Roger, Chris and John of the install team did a great job. Arrived on time and worked tirelessly throughout the day. The crew kept me informed of each step of the demolition and install process and let me take pictures so I could send family and friends. My home is 40 years old so we had a plumbing issue. West Shore sent their top plumber to fix the problem. Sorry I don't remember his name. They finished in one day as promised, even though they had to work well into the evening because of the plumbing issue. I really love my new walk-in shower."

"Tim and Kylar pinpointed our water problem. They were fast, efficient, professional, good communicators, knowledgeable, impressive. Like a magnet, Tim went to the heart of the problem, which was water overflowing behind the drywall from water being pumped out by our sump pump. He diagnosed the problem as a clogged line and recommended that we call a drain company, not a plumber, to have them come out and clear the line. Kylar provided on the spot assistance to Tim.
