"I want to give a huge shout-out to Derek Kragenbring from SafeBasements for his integrity and professionalism. We had persistent basement flooding, and two previous contractors convinced us to spend over $6,000 on a sump pump and humidifier. After the install, the flooding got worse, and they suggested tearing down our bathroom wall for more work. We called SafeBasements for a second opinion, and Derek quickly identified the real issue: our water softener was discharging water into a clogged drain. "The entire process from the initial quote delivered by Alex Heigle to job completion was handled with a great deal of professionalism and care. The crew from the Inver Grove Heights Branch: Erik, Jeremy and Jeremiah did great work with stabilizing our sinking garage. At times they had to make course corrections to overcome issues that popped up. However all the alternatives were explained plainly and in great detail so we could make sound decisions. We were very satisfied with the quality of our newly, renovated garage foundation. We would highly recommend Innovative Basement Authority."

"The coordinator did all the permit arrangements and followed up with me several times to make sure everything was going to my satisfaction as well as kept me informed regarding progress. The guys doing the work were very pleasant, but kept working the entire day and half the way into the evening. I love these men and their ethics. So I hired them to do my kitchen next. "just had a walk-in shower installed by DeBella. It looks like a million bucks! The installers were professional and worked hard. They came on time and - even better - finished on time! Dealt with the kind of unexpected things which crop up in a 100 year old house and did a great job. And excellent clean up afterwards. Five stars all around!
