"I was very pleased with Luxury Bath in Pembroke. Amazing customer service, fast and accurate and in one day as advertised. They were clean, skilled, punctual, and kept me informed of dates and everything else. Also they were cheaper than other companies. Since they specialize in this, they know how to do the plumbing, carpentry, and tile work, so there is no waste of time finding all the different contractors. "The team did a great job installing to some pumps in my basement. They worked long days to get it done quickly. With all this recent rain I have not had a drop of water inside my basement. The price was $3000 lower than my other two quotes. I recommend them to take care of your basement flooding. I gave them four stars for customer service because they did not let me know the project was complete. They just didnâ t come back."
