"Part for bathroom fixture has to find or order new fixture for bath. He replaced the furnace GFCI switch and installed new pump (which I supplied). It was fantastic to deal with friendly professional people. They were very considerate and took into account my husbands medical situation. I will have them back to install bathroom fixture and a few other things I we need done. They were very neat and tidy. They are my electricians now and in the future. I hadn't needed an electrician for 15 years, so prices can be a shock, but this company is well worth it."

"As a person in the plumbing trades both new construction and service work I have come to appreciate the skills of someone who does a craft full time and is encouraged to develop skills to make it “their” full time occupation and career. Drain cleaning is part of maintaining a plumbing system. It is a craft different than installing and repairing plumbing but it is just as important to do it correctly. The other values in McDonough’s services are several having the equipment and personnel trained and available is paramount to this no matter how big a job has gotten they have never stopped until it was completed! The other feature that is not fully understood by many is that it is always best to use someone that has only one purpose in mind and that is to get the drain cleaned and inspected and has no reason to up sell you on some repairs or replacement that you don’t need. That why we use them as a plumbing company and recommend them to our valued clients. Great company that invests in training, retaining and having the equipment that their service people need to be efficient, productive and provide the services that they are being relied on to provide."

"We had a leaking sink faucet in the bathroom. Sandra at The Pleasant Plumber answered our call and scheduled us for a same-day evaluation. It wasn't an easy fix--the plumbing was 25 years old and there was some rusting and corrosion--but Chris, a Master Plumber, diagnosed the problem correctly and had it fixed for us, quickly and efficiently, the next morning. He was polite and genial--indeed pleasant! Pricing was reasonable. We recommend highly!"

"Great job installing.  Great Lakes Window and Siding hires installers (instead of having there own crews). There installers are very good."

"They responded quickly and scheduled the same day. No nonsense or gimmicks, just fixed the plumbing issue. I’ll call them next time."

"Job was done right and the plumber was professional and easy to work with"

"We had used Ron a couple times in Hector from word of mouth for tree branch back up, pricing always reasonable and not overly crazy, but worth the work, of course! Then our underground plumbing rusted..nightmare! He was available to talk through situations as we had to demo basement for us to save money and for him to put plumbing in, just great! Everything was fixed timely, professionally, and good conversation between men! Highly recommend!!"

"Prompt and efficient. Also plumber was really friendly!"

"Highly recommend! Outstanding people, product & service. I spoke to Mark 3 different times calling back with questions & quotes as I spoke with other companies for my Sun night emergency sump pump failure. He was beyond patient, informational & courteous; all before I ever even knew he was the owner. He personally came out to replace my sump pump super fast - 30mins to get here & 30mins to install a new pump. I told him he has won my patronage for all plumbing, heating & cooling needs based on this highly valuable 1st impression."

"Plumber was knowledgeable and had a the drain cleared in no time. Punctual and personable as well."
