"Last Monday, we called the Gas company because of a weird smell. They came right out and said we had a corroded pipe leaving the meter into the house. They shut off and padlocked the meter and said we needed a contractor to replace the pipe(s). Robin gave us a verbal estimate and came right out. "Todd Anderson was the technician who came out to fix my homes blockage, he was the second technician who came out, but the only technician who did anything... I don t want to mention the other companies name, but they were a bunch of worthless people who called themselves plumbers. They did nothing to help me and kept saying that I should call the office to have someone else come out. Todd Anderson from A-1 plumbing came out and he was ready to work. He worked alone unlike the other company that had two lazy people show up. A-1 s technician came identified my issue and quickly removed my toilet because I had a main line clog. Mr Anderson was very professional, courteous and neat, he covered my floors so as not to make a mess and he cleared my drainage problems. After cleaning up before leaving Mr Anderson made sure that I was satisfied with the job that he had just done. If A-1 plumbers has to come out to your home I will definitely recommend their professional services."
