"I am so grateful for Angie's List in this case because I called this plumber based on the reviews here. He took time to answer my many questions (I was considering all sorts of hot water heaters--tankless, traditional, hybrid, etc.--in the end, we went with a traditional one.) His price was better than competitors and he was responsive, professional, and did a fabulous job! Pleasant to work with and efficient."

"The gentlemen was very friendly and helpful. I had previously accidentally ran over the vent pipe breaking the top off and leaving a ring inside the pipe. He kindly removed it for me at no cost. They seemed to do a good job emptying the septic tank even having us flush the toilets to make sure everything was draining properly. All in all I would recommend Mr. Rooter, who was able to come the day after I called."

"Guys were great. Found out water main was broken 4pm after a contractor hit the meter the day before. Called them on (it was Friday) and they took the job and got the main repaired (took a couple hours). I wouldn’t have water this weekend if it wasn’t for them! Did a good job checking their work before leaving as well, which I’m greatful for as the outside temp was around 32F so plumbing adhesives might have had difficulty curing at that temp."

"Ethical Plumbing did a great job repairing our shower and replacing the hardware. The techs were very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"Chris showed up when he said he would and fixed the problem right then! I will be using them again for any plumbing problems."

"I had a water heater emergency on a Saturday, and my four girls were frantic with no hot water.  I called several plumbers who were not able to come out on the weekend or wanted way too much money.  When I called Steve at All about Plumbing, he was very nice and was able to come out the sameday.  He did not charge an estimate fee, gave me an estimate to fix the problem.  He installed a new heater that night and we were back in business and ready for Sunday morning showers before church.  He promised to be there at a certain time and was.  He was professional.  I would recommend to my friends and family."

"I have never worked with more intelligent, professional, and kind experts. He communicated beautifully and always answered questions with knowledge and ease. I tried for 4 years to find a plumber that would fix a horrible problem that a terrible contractor created and this was the first plumber that knew exactly what to do. I am so grateful and impressed. I trust them and will continue to call on only them for plumbing. Thank you!!!"

"I had an excellent experience with Polar Plumbing and would confidently recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services. From the first phone call to the completion of the job, their team was courteous, efficient, and highly professional. The technician arrived right on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and clearly explained what needed to be done. I appreciated the honest communication and the transparent pricing?there were no surprises, and the work was completed within the estimated time frame. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding. Everything was done neatly and with care, and the plumber made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. They even cleaned up thoroughly afterward, which I really appreciated. It?s rare to find a company that combines reliability, skill, and customer service so seamlessly, but Polar Plumbing absolutely provided."

"The men were polite, considerate, careful, and did a wonderful job. They left no mess. We have a beautiful, safe, walk-in shower now for my husband who has a tendency to fall. Work was done in one day. A certified plumber inspected their ongoing work."
