""Jay" from ValDel Plumbing showed up exactly on time after I arranged appointment on short notice. The quoted price I thought was high. But, we agreed on a reasonable price. Our 3rd time using Val Del. I don't even bother calling others anymore. This time I had leaking fixtures from an old Water Softner. The unit was too heavy to remove. So, Jay had 2 DelVal workers come out at 8AM the next morning. They removed the heavy salt from the unit (messy back-breaking job, and removed unit, cleaned up. I would never call another plumber."

We hired him to do the work, and he completed the job to our satisfaction. Pros: *Excellent communication. Wayne responds quickly through your preferred method: call, text, or email. *Workmanship. The quality of the work is #1 - he did it right and took great care to make sure the work would last. He gave us tips and answered questions. *Knowledgable. Wayne's knowledge of plumbing goes above and beyond what details you would expect a plumber to know!
