"When I hired this company I conveyed that I had the appropriate parts for the job. This shouldâ ve been a simple project, but because of the tight space, design configuration of the toilet, and attached washlet, the toilet had to be taken off the base and the job interrupted through no fault of the plumber. Mr. Clapp had to drive back to Honolulu, from Kaneohe, to pick up an industrial quality Fill-Valve with brass threading as The original part did not work with the Washlet fittings. He also wanted to make sure there would be no future leaks. I am an owner builder and have dealt with all facets of construction tradesmen work and I know how unusual circumstances can get the best of you. Mr. Clapp and his assistant were calm, courteous, professional and did a superb job. They were able to complete the on site job under an hour considering the interruption to pick up parts. Rest assured, I will use this Company for future plumbing needs."

"What a great experience! I requested the assistance of a plumber to help resolve water backing up into the shower, fortunately my first return call was from Mimi at Mayor Plumbing Services. They were available to provide same day service and I booked with them. They showed up well within the time frame they said they could and went right to work. "The main water line from my home had a leak. I researched online and got a call within 5 minutes from Mr Rooter. They had a man on his way to another job but since mine was an emergency they re-routed him to my home. He arrived within 10 minutes, showed me the place where the line was cracked and leaking. Explained the work he would do and the cost to me. I accepted and he started to dig the line up to repair the area. It was just at sunset and he worked in the dark for over an hour. He was professional, pleasant and efficient. I was impressed & will use this company in the future when I need a plumber."

"Called John's after finding their ad in the local newspaper.   We also called another local plumber, but went with John's after they sent someone out immediately to look at the problem and give us an estimate.  We scheduled the repair for the next day after getting what we thought was a reasonable quote.  Brian, the same person who had come out to inspect problem, arrive early today to fix the leak.  He was respectful, friendly, and diligently worked to fix the problem.  We are very impressed with everyone we spoke to at John's and the great service we received!  We would not hesitate to use them again and  will be recommending them to all of our friends.  "
