"I expected a wait of a day or two when I called on Sunday. The dispatcher called to let me know they could have someone to look at my drain clog in about an hour and a half. She said there would be no trip charge or extra for Sunday. Their plumber was on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and cleared my drain. He was very courteous and answered my questions about the house's plumbing layout. Very knowledgeable and experienced. I highly recommend them."

"I needed a sump pump repair and received two quotes. Bulletproof Plumbing and Heating was cheaper by a couple of hundred dollars. They successfully performed the work as promised and I was impressed with the quality and customer service experience that I had Todd (the owner) quote another project to install new plumbing on a basement kitchenette we were installing. Again his quote was significantly lower than another quote I received and the end result was another quality project completed by his team. Since then I have used Todd and his team for a couple of other plumbing issues. He is very responsive to my texts/calls and it is comforting to know that he will always send the same plumber (Jesse) to address our issues. It is also nice to know that I can always count on Todd 24/7 to respond back to me and treat me as though I was his most important customer. His company is definitely is worth hiring to address your plumbing needs!!!"
