Shane, from Paramount, called within 30 minutes and also texted. We chatted and he gave me a price for replacing the 40 gallon water heater with a 50 gallon one. We agreed on the price and within two hours he had replaced the broken water heater with a new one. Much faster than we could have hoped for. After Shane completed the work he walked us through what work he did and walked us through all the key components of the new unit. Shane is very professional, dependable, and reasonably priced. We will definitely use him again when we have plumbing needs."

They walked the house with my husband and explained what would be best for our drainage and worked hard with only one break all day! For the downstairs toilet, he removed it, again showed me where the seal was broken & what it needed. He quoted me $200 for both jobs. Even though the toilet required more work than initially estimated he stuck to his price. He was prompt, cleaned up and finished the jobs in under 2 hrs. I would recommend him!"
