The crew, Phil and Tim, showed up right on time and were able to locate the service caps in the lawn in 10 minutes. They showed me clearly how full the tanks were and clearly explained the problem and the solution. The prices quoted were very fair and there were no surprises. It took around 90 minutes. When he arrived I asked if he could also replace a sink drain assembly, which he said he would do. That assembly turned out to be a problem since the old parts were frozen..
