He will get the necessary permits on our behalf. We asked Danny about a problem we were having with a tap and he did the repair at our request. "I was introduced to Team Plumbing via a suggestion on a neighborhood Facebook page when I needed to have a toilet replaced. I ended up having two done and Colby was just the best. Shortly after that, I hired them again to replace two faucets and the toilet valves, and the work was equally as outstanding. On those experiences alone, I would highly recommend them. Several months later, I discovered some water in my garage around my water heater, but wasn't sure if it was it or perhaps a pipe in the walls. I called Team Plumbing again and they were able to come look at it straight away. It was quickly determined to be the water heater and they were able to schedule the installation of a new one just as quickly. Not only that, but they were able to recommend an electrician (Boca Electrical Works) to get the panel up to code; a contractor to replace the drywall (Precision Renovations SF); and a restoration company (Shamrock Restoration) the /day of/ install. I would have never been able to coordinate all of these amazing companies on my own. It was such a relief that Team Plumbing was able to do this, especially in light of the unexpected damage and needs, which was overwhelming to deal with. Ryan is a true hero who went above and beyond, as did everyone he worked with. Do not hesitate to hire Team Plumbing for any of your water or plumbing needs. I can not recommend them highly enough."

"I was charge a flat rate + parts but the total cost was more affordable than other quote I received. New toilet had a different fit than the previous one because it has a skirted base. It took about 4 hours to install which worried me, but I still was charged what was first quoted. I like that very much."

After normal hours, he quickly found the source of my leak which required the replacement of my kitchen faucet. He let me know that turning off the kitchen sink valves would prevent further leaking during the night while allowing the main water to my condo to be turned back on. The next day, he did a great job selecting and installing a new faucet very quickly. He showed up to replace the faucet within the scheduled time frame.
