"The workers arrived on time, were very efficient cleaned the work area very well, and completed their work in a very pleasing manner. The job took two days and both workers worked extremely hard during those two days to complete the job. The glass installers were on time, and did a fantastic job with our shower enclosure."

"Resurfaced a shower. It looks fantastic! Company could do a better job with communication. We moved everything from the shower, but didn't know that the coating would go everywhere in our bathroom. Door knobs now have a film on them as well as other surfaces in the bathroom. I would have taken everything out of the bathroom had I known. The service man did not communicate what would be happening, such as going through our bedroom to open a window to put a large exhaust pipe out the window. I am not upset, but communication could have been much better."

"The response was fast, same day in fact. The tech was personable and fast. But, after he left I found that he had not tested the flush ability of the toilet mechanism. It turns out that he had not attached the release chain correctly, so the tank never filled. In addition, $165 seems rather high for a 20 minute job. Maybe if it were an emergency job it would be justified, but I clearly stated it was not my only bathroom."
