"100% perfect. Truly professional on a big job. Dean knows what he's doing from assessing my issue, to securing permits and final inspection passed flawlessly. If need professional working call Superior Plumbing."

"He was very professional and got the job done. Even when I messaged him after the job was finished he came back at my convenience to my residence to make sure everything was done right. Would recommend him to anyone in the Monroe county area needing any plumbing repairs or work."

"Steve from Kastle Plumbing came out and replaced all the internal parts in my toilet tank, including a new flexible water feed line. Afterwards, I noticed an occasional drip around the base of that water line, notified Steve, and he came right back to tighten things up for me. No further dripping! Great customer focus and service!"

"They could have had us spend pointless money on doing exterior plumbing to fix a clog in the sewer line, but they noticed just how out of code our plumbing was. They combined both outgoing sewer lines leaving our basement and used that opportunity to bring our plumbing back up do code too. To me that was a demonstration of their concern for the customer over their own profits. They were also ethical in their pricing by not charging us for something they missed when the inspector came by."

"Friendly and quick service. I’ll call them if I need plumbing help in the future."
