"They are good and prompt, but expensive. Project, replace toilet wax ring. Replace lavatory sink tail piece and lavatory sink stopper assembly I needed this done fairly quickly as the toilet was starting to drip water into a ceiling area below. The telephone staff who set up our appointment were great. Response time was short. Once the technician arrived, he was up front with pricing, so I knew what their price would be. I did postpone other less urgent work because of the price. The cost for these two items was almost $1000. Past experience with other plumbers would have been in the $700 range. However, TMS was available, and they were not If the price had been more in line, I will probably use them as my regular."

First, they replaced 40 year old back steps and did a full exterior paint job of shingles and shudders on the house and other buildings in the backyard. "I am extremely happy with the work Plow & Property Projects did for me. Wes and his crew were all very easy to work with and did the job right the first time. Mainly, they replaced a shower stall I had that had a cracked floor and had leaked into the floor below it (damaging the ceiling). The new tiled shower they put in is amazing and I can’t even see where the ceiling damage was anymore after they fixed it. They also tackled some other things around the house that I’m glad to say will no longer bother me again! I highly recommend them and will go to them again for any future work I may want to do."
