"The plumber installed a Moen shutoff device as required by our insurance company to prevent potential flooding from water line leaks. The work was expertly and professionally done. The office staff was helpful and pleasant to work with and understood what we needed."

"The plumber identified the problem with the toilet quickly and replaced the wax seal. That work was performed fine. We also had a problem with a smelly sink but we were disappointed that he didn't investigate it thoroughly. He looked at it briefly and found something with the dishwasher filter (which according to the dishwasher's manufacturer is normal) but didn't investigate it further and the smell is still there. When we looked online about what to do about a smelly sink one of the suggestions was to call a plumber, so we did, but that didn't work. The biggest reason for the lower rating is that when he presented the invoice there was an added trip charge of $97. When I called to setup the appointment they said there was an hourly fee plus a charge for materials but nobody mentioned a trip charge. A $97 trip charge is a lot of money. Had I known that I would have called someone else."

"Two years ago Riley Plumbing and Heating replaced the corroded galvanized water pipe from the street meter to my house, so I was very surprised to have another water leak in the back yard last month. Riley Plumbing came out again, and found that the new leak was due to another corroded galvanized pipe that was supplying water to the back yard irrigation system. They replaced this pipe, tying the water supply to the irrigation system to the water line they installed two years ago. Mike Rojas, Luis Ortiz and Aiden did the work in a professional manner, and left the back yard in good shape for re-seeding this fall. (Hopefully no more corroded pipes in my yard!)"

"Tony knows how to tile and I ultimately got the job I was looking for (minus some design details) at a very reasonable price point. I would be careful in hiring Tony. I was just cleaning my garden and found some tiles thrown up into my garden carelessly which kind of sums up my experience with Tony...in a word, disrespectful. There was also some lying about his plumber (guess he didn't realize the camera over his head at my entrance where he worked had sound), and no I wasn't monitoring him but when I suspected him of lying I listened to the audio. He also totally disregarded some clear direction about a design detail that was important to me while I was at work...too late now! So if you hire him, know that he knows his stuff, he's a very nice guy with some ******** thrown in and be very specific and monitor his work very closely if details are important to you. You'll get a good job at a very good price."

They operate the way I wish all contractors did. They kept the space relatively tidy, cleaned up after themselves, hauled off the old countertop... they went above and beyond. "We had recently renovated our old house due to flooding, so with our new house we knew what to expect in terms of pricing and timing. We explored a number of options for this renovation, i.e. subcontracting the baths and kitchen separately, hiring a separate demo crew. We interviewed no less than 15 separate entities and ultimately went with ADH for 3 reasons: 1. ADH’s estimate was in line with many of the other contractors, however their estimate included the kitchen and bath cabinets and countertops, while many of the others did not include any materials. ADH’s estimate was detailed and well thought out. 2. Vlad K, our liaison with ADH, was easy to get a hold of either by email or phone. A number of the other contractors I interviewed were hard to track down or had inconsistent communication. ADH seemed to genuinely want my business, and did not act as if they were doing me a favor. 3. ADH can do everything from electrical, architectural, plumbing, etc. Some of the other contractors did not have all the trade specialties which in my experience meant delays and added expense. We are beyond thrilled with the results. We constantly recommend ADH to friends and neighbors, and will not hesitate to use them again for our next big project."

"I hired Neli over a week period for 3 different appliances, my dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, and even kitchen sink! I had a fantastic experience: 1. I fixed my dryer with Thomas' excellent remote guidance, changing the timer and the switch! Fabulous guidance Thomas, with lots of money saved! I learned a lot in the process. 2. I determined that there was no dishwasher leak and in the process learned how to check for leaks and trouble shoot for some common repair issues. It cost $40.00 but as I had some water on the floor, I was ready to get a new dishwasher. Now, I am confident that it wasn't a leak and caused by putting in the dishes in a funny manner and not a repair issue. I am using the dishwasher now again with no problem. 3. I determined with Thomas' help that the washing machine had a major problem and could have spun out of control into my wall....no question, it was time to get a new washing machine! This was a well spent $40.00--I even got Thomas advice on purchasing a new washing machine and what to look for. 4. I checked the drainage on my kitchen sink and learned how to empty out the "trap" and that most likely, I am okay, but what to swap out if I have continuing issues with slow drainage. In the end, I saved lots of money, gaining and learning valuable experience! Absolutely fabulous service!"
