"I had a leaking toilet of unknown origin. The vendor came in very fast and on a Saturday, which was very commendable. Nevertheless, they were not able to fix the leak because they did not have the right part for it. I was told that they had an accident with their regular plumber's truck, so they were using a smaller rental truck that did not have all the equipment and parts they usually have in the normal truck. They came a second time, two days later and indeed fixed the leak. In the process they created a small hole in the wall and they also failed to seal the toilet base by cocking it, because they did not have cocking with them or a filling patch. The promised to come back another day to do that, and that it would be good any way for the toilet base to remain open so that it could dry easier. It took a couple more days due to miscommunication but they did come in and fix it to my satisfaction."

"Mickey and Luis did an amazing job installing my new tub and surround. There was a hurdle during the job where there was a concrete slab where the drain lines were and had to be removed and replaced. Mickey and Luis dug the concrete out, put in the new drain lines, and refilled the concrete. There was no additional charge for this! I would recommend these guys for any project you’re looking to take on!"

"From the second I called Zoom Drain they were the most professional, prompt and thorough company. We had our main line sewer break, they were out first thing in the morning for a quote. The following day we called them back (they gave us the BEST quote by far) to have them come do the work and though they had a busy schedule they fit us in the very next morning! The job ended up being quite more extensive than originally thought however they worked EXTREMELY hard for 2 solid days to fix our problem. They left our home well after dark in the bitter cold better than they found it by far. I could not recommend them higher! Start to finish if we ever had another plumbing issue I would call no one else. They made an extremely stressful situation into something manageable. Thank You Zoom Drain!!!!"

It turned out that the heater was too old to be repaired, but the plumber’s estimate for a new one seemed exorbitant, so I called Water Heaters in a Hurry -- it was an emergency, after all! My experience confirmed this company’s perfect reviews. Jeffrey Ganter, the owner, scheduled the installation for the same day and went out of his way to make the time fit my schedule. He was punctual, did excellent work, and the price was well below that proposed by the plumber. One thing that really stood out (and is important to me) was his responsiveness and communication. It was a pleasure dealing with him."

"Overall, a great job. Installers were professional, courteous and hard working. Cleaned up, vacuumed. Installed by Jake M., Kevin, Zach P, and Bill. There was a plumbing issue and the installers immediately had Bill, master plumber, come out to fix it. Took 2 days instead of one due to the plumbing issue. My only complaint is that my salesman, Drew W. did not call me back when I reached out to him with a concern. Very happy with the finished project. "Ken and Eric did a fantastic job of installing the shower surround. They were very meticulous and neat. Made sure everything was done correctly. As far as a luxury bath as a company, the management (Joe project manager) does not care about their customers. They only care about getting their money. They have a three day cancellation contract that nobody reads in the three days and if something is wrong, there’s no way they’ll cancel it they just want their money. They also do not have plumbers that are qualified to move pipes that are in the way so you have to pay more to get that done. Also, in the sales pitch, the salesman (Phil Mahran) tells you that if they find anything behind the existing walls, they can fix it, which is not true they can’t fix plumbing in the way. The company wouldn’t even help pay for the extra plumbing work that cost me $1700."

"The company replied quickly and gave an estimate as requested. We were quoted for 2 new shut offs and 3-5 replacement shut offs. The plumber only brought 5 fittings, but he gave me the option to run to Home Depot to get more... I was also instructed to replace a hose which wasn?t leaking until after the repair, but it was easily fixed when I suggested to connect the new hose to the pipe rather than to the leaking hose. Sharkbite valves were installed. If I knew they were going to be used, I would have done the work myself. The plumber was proficient with the Sharkbites, I just expected that a pro plumbing company would solder. When the plumber left, there were no leaks, and I didn?t feel like making an issue of the other 2 valves which I wanted installed."
