This may be more info than you need, but it illustrates his commitment and reliability. After checking with one of his guys to see if he could fit in a next day appointment (my day off), he confirmed back to me that they could get someone out. Daniel arrived slightly ahead of the promised time, which is never an issue. He had never done a reverse osmosis system install before, and he gave me a price for the work in advance after he had looked at all the pieces. I didn't bother to negotiate, as I needed to get the job done and it felt like a fair price, and it was the price I paid without any further increases. The price might have been higher than I anticipated to spend, given that I provided both the disposal and RO system units, but the job was done very well, and my wife and I are happy. I appreciated Daniel's knowledge and proficiency, and the peace of mind I had that the job was done right – the first time. Daniel noticed some other issues that needed repair while he was under the sink. If you happen upon another plumber that I've reviewed on Angie's list, he’s been my go-to guy for a long time, but he also happens to be so many other people's go to guy now (GREAT problem for him to have).
