"I noticed our water heater started leaking while getting some things for a family vacation out of the basement. We were scheduled to leave by 3 PM the following morning. I called Zereski Plumbing at 9 PM and left a message with the answering machine that said any emergency message would be responded to immediately. Sure enough within 3 minutes of hanging up they called me right back and were at our house by 9:30 PM. They stopped the leaking and cleaned up all the water that night! The owner even helped us move some boxes outside that had gotten wet. They came back first thing the next morning and had a new hot water heater installed and running in a few hours and we were able to leave on our trip as planned!
