I had a gas leak last week in the heart of the coldest weather in ten years: PSE&G just shut off the gas and left; and Alex was the only plumber who responded, to my urgent calls for help as the house cooled down. He was reassuring, came that day to take a look, arrived punctually with a helper the next day, and did a 3-hour repair (it involved work outside and in a crawl space) quickly, efficiently, and professionally. He cleaned up thoroughly, and left me with heat back on and hot water restored. PSE&G came the next day to remove the red tag and approve his work. All this for a third of the price the big companies wanted to charge me! "Danny is an outstanding example of great customer service, passion for his work and honesty. We had two back to back connected sinks in two bathrooms which were completely clogged. i had couple of plumbers look at it. One wanted to charge me just for visiting with no assurance of solving the problem, other one charged $100 for a few mins of snaking, damaging a drain pipe and then declaring that we need to change the galvanized iron pipes and spend thousands of dollars with them. Danny gave us a fixed price to get the job done, he came on a late Sunday afternoon and worked for 6 straight hours until he solved the problem. "Arrived on time. Performed work in a professional manner. When first attempt to clear clog showed that clog was not in sink drain line, quickly relocated to crawl space where 1.25 inch copper sink drain line connected to the 2 inch copper drain line that connects to 6 inch cast iron drain line. Worked diligently until clog was removed and proven by sink not backing up and, after flowing hot water, by the 2 inch drain line feeling hot at the point of connection to the 6 inch cast iron pipe and by the sound of the water entering the 6 inch pipe. Checked for leaking sink p trap connections and for the 2 inch plug that was removed to access the 2 inch copper line. Cleaned up work areas."
