Alec and his assistant discussed the issue with me, investigated where the leak showed and traced it back to the kitchen refrigerator. They were able to find where the refrigerator water lines were leaking and repaired the problem and stopped the leak. They were professional and personable and explained the problem to me. We had two back to back connected sinks in two bathrooms which were completely clogged. i had couple of plumbers look at it. One wanted to charge me just for visiting with no assurance of solving the problem, other one charged $100 for a few mins of snaking, damaging a drain pipe and then declaring that we need to change the galvanized iron pipes and spend thousands of dollars with them. "Needed leaky water valve repaired and sewer system unclogged. Came within 45 minutes of my desperate phone call. Installed new valve and new copper piping. Could not flush clog from inside, so came next day and dug 7' hole in front garden to remove the clog. Also installed vertical pipe to access any future sewer problems. Work crew had to dig out two big bushes to access the old sewer pipe at my home's foundation but replanted them along with any tulip bulbs they displaced. Truely considerate of my early spring garden! Courteous, mindful of property, work done in a timely fashion at a fair price. Explained each step in the process and why it was needful.
