"We were very pleased with the service Aquaguard provided us. The inspector spent time explaining our problem and really worked out a price we could live with. We had many companies out each giving their views, we decided to spend a little more with Aquaguard due to their 20 years of experience and knowledge. The crew arrived and went right to work. They carefully laid drop clothes and plastic wherever they walked. We no longer have to worry about our basement flooding and that's a great feeling. "The representative who initially came to the house to explain BDry's procedure was very courteous and professional. I received a quote on the spot. I had two other companies come out (one company did not even bother to get back to me with an estimate). Each company had a different opinion of what needed to be done and BDry's procedure was the least invasive and made the most sense. The team who actually did the work was very courteous and stayed until the job was done - a 12 hour process. (That was one question I didn't think to ask - approximately how long would it take) They communicated with us throughout the day, for example they asked where we wanted the sump pump to drain, instead of just making the decision. "I call 1Plumber on October 6. We were having a terrible odor from the basement. The sump pump was not working. When I called,they schedule me for an appointment on the same day, October 6. The technician was on time. He evaluated the situation in a professional and knowledgeable way for us to understand. He also made us aware of the Preferential Service which the company offered. We bought that as well. We scheduled an appointment to install a new sump pump on October 7. The technician arrived at 8:00 AM to installed the new sump pump. My Wife and I are very HAPPY!"
