"We had this company come to our home for an estimate. We were told that actually we would be given an EXACT price that day. I received a written agreement and was required to put a portion down. When the install day arrived, they were on time, they cleaned up after themselves and most importantly, once the technicians were here they realized that the tub measurements were off and they could not do the "drop in" tub they had promised. They did not cancel the job, they went to a store and BOUGHT us a brand new bathtub!! I was truly overwhelmed, as I initially felt like they would back out since the measurements were off and they could not do the work they agreed to do. They went over and above what we expected, and I highly recommend this company to anyone who is considering this kind of bathroom "facelift"!! The bathroom looks beautiful, and everything was left clean and tidy---with a new bathroom!! I can't thank them enough for the way they handled the agreement. Mike performed all of the work in the highest professional standard and completed all of the installations in a very timely manner. One of the toilets was faulty and he was quick to replace the unit although the work that was required was on a Saturday. "Service date was August 25, 2020. Appointment was made from one day to the next. Our service person was Aaron Taylor. He did an outstanding job and saved us over $2,500.00, by providing a thorough complimentary camera inspection of our main sewer line from the outside (no mess inside), in order to provide us with an accurate estimate and diagnosis. I had a previous company come in, where they wrongly diagnosed roots in the pipes and that they would have to dig underneath our home from the outside to get to the toilet pipe and replace it. Upon the camera inspection, which Aaron shared with me and after talking to his Manager, Jake, they recommended we do a hydroscrub to clean and clear the clog, which was found through the main sewer line. As soon as that was done, our toilet flushed normal again and there was no issue with roots that they could see. Needless to say, we were relieved and grateful that we got a second opinion and that we found a company with the right equipment and knowledgeable staff, who wanted to do the job right at a fair price. Based on all of the above, I would highly recommend them and will certainly call them again. P.S. They follow all safety protocols."

"I hired Twin Home to "rescue" a master bath remodel project from another company that completely stumbled, and failed. AJ and Manny made all the corrections and did an expert job on a completely new drain from the house to septic system as well as all the finish work on freestanding tub, high-end fixtures and faucets. They did it all. A very expensive job but now done correctly. I am having them comeback for a hot water heater replacement. On a big remodel like ours, many things can go wrong and many times, home owners end up hating their plumber at the end of the job. These guys stayed ahead of all the possible issues, made great suggestions, showed up when they said they would and say the job through and ore now my friends. It was damn expensive, almost gave the 4 stars for value but they worked their butts off for me."

"This company, Alltech Solutions, is top notch. I have had over one and a half years of another major company, trying to make their York unit, they sold us work, without very loud vibrations. It was so bad, they couldn't get it fixed. Finally, they agreed to return our money. We had yet another company come out and their unit was also very loud, worse than the other one. I found Alltech on the internet and they had very good ratings, we did get several bids from them and other top rated companies. But when I met with Richard Bierle, Alltech Solutions Director of Sales, I have to admit that not only was he one of the nicest and most professional people I had been dealing with, but he also instilled a trust factor in me that was incredible, after all that we have been through. Richard did a complete inspection of our system and then after consulting with his installation team determined that they absolutely could fix the problems. They were able to get us scheduled very quickly, and the team showed up on time and ready to work. Richard, as well as Victor, Keith (Hoss), and Ross. These young men were all very hard working and had a work ethic that you don't see these days. I would not hesitate to hire this company. They were all very professional, well mannered and knew what they were doing. They replaced a lot of the ductwork that had been installed improperly and had been damaged and got the entire system working more efficiently than it obviously has been since we embarked on this long journey with the other company. We ordered an American Standard HVAC unit (Same as a Trane). DON'T HESITATE TO CALL THIS COMPANY!!! You couldn't get a more knowledgeable, trustworthy, and hard working company. Just to let you know, we are not affiliated in any way with Alltech Solutions, Inc. Just a completely satisfied customer, who has been due some great service."
