I originally made an appointment via Home Advisor and was told when BF Plumbing called that the time was not available and that a “time window” was required. So made the appointment for the same day between the hours of 10-2pm. At 2:30pm I called asking where the plumber was and was told I was not on the schedule. Not happy spending 4.5 hours to find that out the day of the appointment. Spoke with someone at BF Plumbing who took down all the information about the job to be done etc......so don’t understand the mishap. Other than that they showed up the next day and did a great job."
