"I called the number. The person confirmed the appointment. The plumber was at the location at the precise time, inspected. Called me for the expected expense, we agreed over the phone. He got paid via Visa card and did the job. All done so professionally. Can't get better. I think he was little high in price but because its 5 degree F outside, its OK for one job."

"Overall, a great job. Installers were professional, courteous and hard working. Cleaned up, vacuumed. Installed by Jake M., Kevin, Zach P, and Bill. There was a plumbing issue and the installers immediately had Bill, master plumber, come out to fix it. Took 2 days instead of one due to the plumbing issue. My only complaint is that my salesman, Drew W. did not call me back when I reached out to him with a concern. Very happy with the finished project. Kudos to Jake, Kevin, Bill and Zach on a job well done."

"Ken and Eric did a fantastic job of installing the shower surround. They were very meticulous and neat. Made sure everything was done correctly. As far as a luxury bath as a company, the management (Joe project manager) does not care about their customers. They only care about getting their money. They have a three day cancellation contract that nobody reads in the three days and if something is wrong, there’s no way they’ll cancel it they just want their money. They also do not have plumbers that are qualified to move pipes that are in the way so you have to pay more to get that done. Also, in the sales pitch, the salesman (Phil Mahran) tells you that if they find anything behind the existing walls, they can fix it, which is not true they can’t fix plumbing in the way. The company wouldn’t even help pay for the extra plumbing work that cost me $1700."

"Bryan and his wife Josie personally came out on a Saturday to look at the basement project and I requested 3 different quotes on what I referred to as 3 different projects.  For strategic reasons I had to break the work up because like most remodels, things need to be completed in a specific order.  The soffit project was my biggest concern and getting some of the simple plumbing cutbacks done allowed me to finish up some loose ends.  Five days later I received a quote from Bryan that was reasonable so we scheduled a date for the work to be done.
One of Bryan's teams was doing the work, they showed up on time and quickly reviewed the scope of the project and confirmed exactly what the expectation was.  Even though I pushed donuts, etc. on them they wanted to get right to work and to make their lives easier I set up a miter saw outside for them to use (even though they came prepared).  A guy named George was obviously in charge he went to get some supplies while the other two guys started reinforcing my existing framing and checking and making any studs plum that they had to build the soffit off of.  At one point (since I know spanish) they were mentioning how they wanted to secure the sill plate down further I was more than happy to provide the hilti, ammo & nails to punch through the basement floor.  You know you have a good team when they first check what is LEVEL before just hammering away and trying to build a soffit which MUST be level or when you drywall it, it will stick out and be off.  My basement sounded like gun range for about an hour as George and his two other laborers put up the soffit, they worked fast but very conscientious to do quality work, the tool they used MOST was the level, George kept checking and rechecking the soffit as it went up.  After finally getting them to eat a donut and some water/soda the guys finished up the framing, attached the sheet rock ceiling portion and even went as far as ensuring their work lined u with other existing walls/framing.
I was so happy with the work I demanded to buy them lunch, called it into the local pizzeria and told to 'go eat it on the way home'.  Bryan's team delivered as promised, cleaned up behind themselves and were an absolute class act to deal with.

FAQs for plumbing projects in Hamilton Township, NJ

Schedule a plumbing inspection every one to two years to ensure your system is in good working order. Regular inspections can help you catch minor issues before they become costly problems, like major water damage repairs. You should also consider a plumbing inspection when buying or selling a home or if you notice signs of a plumbing issue. Staying proactive with maintenance can save you money and stress in the long run.

A plumbing inspection for a standard one-story to two-story home takes between two and three hours. For larger residences, historic homes, or rental complexes, a complete inspection requires a full-day commitment of eight hours. However, this does not account for any necessary repairs that your plumber might find, so it’s best to set aside additional time during the inspection in case an unexpected repair comes up.

When built with quality materials, your plumbing system endures for decades. CPVC, brass, iron, and steel provide reliable service for 50 to 70 years, while copper extends durability up to 100 years, and PEX maintains performance for 80 to 100 years. Maintaining this system with regular inspections and prompt repairs guarantees long-term efficiency.

You should repipe your home when your plumbing exceeds its expected lifespan or uses hazardous materials like lead, polybutylene, or galvanized steel. Persistent leaks, corrosion, and compromised water quality signal that your existing piping no longer meets safety standards. Repiping eliminates potential health risks and prevents extensive water damage.
