"Tommy Lee was the perfect mix of professional and personable. The prices were more than fair and he went as far as to pop the water bubble that our leak caused (in 30 degree weather). We called pretty late in the day so we just assumed he wouldn't come until the morning but we were pleasantly surprised to have him call us to tell us he was on his way. The estimate was free so he checked under the house and gave us an accurate estimate within 20 minutes. Perfectly.   Jimmy is owner so he is the one who responds to phone calls and does the work.  Arrived on schedule.  He had to go find some parts and returned promptly.    All work done to my satisfaction.   He knows his work as he is a master plumber....

Very detailed.....Trusted him to return to home to finish work when I was not there.   Cleaned up after himself...

He has ordered a part for me to replace a part on new dishwasher connection.  Did not like quality that came with the dishwasher.

I would definitely recommend him....

"Leo was came on time and worked with little disruption.  He came prepared with everything he needed and started work promptly. Leo was thorough and he cleaned up all of his mess before leaving.  I have worked with him many times and his work ethic and professionalism are consistent.  He provided me with a proposal before every job and the invoice always matched the proposal.  If Leo found something in addition to the proposal that would increase the price of the job, he disclosed it before he got to far along into the job.  He is truly a "Master Plumber."
