Brought a crew first thing Monday morning and fixed the baffle leading into the septic tank ! Very punctual, professional, and I’m confident the problem is resolved ! I offered them $300 cash and for them to bill me for $56.80. They would not bill me. She said I could pay by credit card, but the plumbing staff was able to to that either. I ended up having to drive 30 miles one way to take them my $356.80 payment. While I can attest to the complete professionalism of the 2 plumbers that completed my repairs, I will absolutely never hire Keefe Plumbing again because of the poor customer service of the office staff."
