Jim quickly and efficiently resolved that problem and also pointed out and corrected a couple of other problems that would probably have jeopardized the installation. "Cole ,Kyle and Ashley were all super polite, courteous and professional. They did a phenomenal job setting up the mini split. After they left the house was cleaner than when they arrived. Nick the salesman was prompt and knowledgeable. The office staff were also very knowledgeable and helpful with all the mass save information. We had a plumbing issue at the same time they showed up and they quickly sent over plumbers to fix the problem. I highly recommend them."

"Called drain frog gentleman picked up right away I explained my drain problem he told me no fee for coming to check it out he was here in 30 minutes he was very professional fixed my problem in less than a hour and gave me a discounted fee for job done and he was like talking to a family member.
