Comment: I have just purchased this home. The basement is fully finished with a mini kitchen area. The only thing it does not have is a sink with drainage and and running water. The cabinets where the sink would normally go are on an outside wall. It does have a refrigerator with ice maker but I'm unsure as to if it's hooked up to a working line. There is space open for a sink so I need a full install of one. Doesnt have to be fancy or expensive. Just something to complete this mini kitchen.
