Ray from WHN, however, was able to help me select a great 50 gallon heater that suited my needs and provide a fair quote over the phone. They made it to my house about an hour after I called, and quickly had my new heater installed and old heater carted off. They also provided extremely valuable (and simple) maintenance guidelines, and left a clean working space. There wasn't any attempt to up-sell, which was refreshing; the only additional work required was a small modification to bring the existing installation up to code, and the cost for that was minimal. I would gladly recommend WHN to anybody looking to replace a heater that doesn't want to deal with all the drama associated with more general-purpose plumbing companies. The total cost was likely a bit higher than I'd have paid if I went with a contractor through home depot or the like, but I truly believe that the professionalism, convenience, and advice was worth it (especially for a recent homeowner like myself)."
