"Matt and his employee did a great job for us.  They were polite, professional, and easy to communicate with.  We had originally tried to schedule our install through the big box store where we bought the items but used Matt instead since a plumber was required to change out the under-the-sink valves.  Matt even agreed to take away our old sink and dishwasher, and we appreciated that.  We would absolutely hire him again.   "

"Mr.Rooter responds , has very competent plumbers, do the job right and I have no hesitation recommending their service. They are not inexpensive, but they do the repairs and seem much more available than other plumbing services."

"I called Henco’s after I had another company come out and give me and estimate and to look at our water heater. The first company immediately gave me the doom and gloom “this water heater’s going to blow up at anytime, you need to replace it today”! (They just so happened to have a new one in their truck) I said I’d get back to them and then promptly called the second plumber on my list. The owner was very kind and gave me his opinion without trying to get business. I asked if he could come out and give an estimate on repair/replacement, he had someone here within a couple hours. Owen was very nice and honest, he said our water heater was NOT going to blow up, but it was leaking (we already knew, that’s why we called). He didn’t push any sales on us but we asked for a quote on replacement. His quote was MUCH less than the previous guy and Owen explained the differences in the water heaters available. We placed our order, a few days later they came and installed it. The two guys who came were very nice and professional, did an awesome job and answered all my questions. I HIGHLY recommend this company."

"I hired Collin with independent plumbing for a full house re-pipe, installation of all my water fixtures as well as a new water heater and water purification system for a remodel I had done on my house. Needless to say Collin is the guy you want for any of your plumbing needs. He got the job done early and came in right on budget. Collin kept his work areas clean and was very professional. I can’t recommend him enough. I will definitely be using no other plumber in the future."

"Kent with PIPESMITH plumbing was very professional and did an amazing job while doing plumbing in my house!"

"Well, it's fixed. A learning experience ? get many bids and make sure the company wants your business. Pros ? Technicians were polite and respectful of my home while I worked in meetings all day. ? The pooling water issue in the basement was resolved, and the floor is now dry; the work was ultimately completed. ? Initial estimate visit was free, but not thorough ? Senior staff came out later to apologize and review the work. Cons ? Pricing was far higher than industry norms based on later bids. ? Avoidable scope changes and price increases after work began; two other plumbers said the job could have been done as originally quoted. ? Communication issues (delayed quotes, unclear explanations, forgotten site details). ? Work quality/finishing didn?t match the premium price; two professionals asked if we had done the work ourselves. Added pictures because I don't know plumbing, so you decide if you'd want this. ? Extra fees add up: 10% financing fee (Synchrony) and 4% credit card fee."

"The problem was corrected in a timely manner. It was professionally accomplished with wonderful customer service. Jesse did the job to our satisfaction and more"

"Tyler and Armondo are true professionals in their workmanship and customer service. They took on the challenge to install our new shower overcoming all challenges to construction and plumbing. Kept us informed of the progress (even though the company overbooked work). The long wait for install was well worth the end results. Best of all I didn't have to do it myself, and the warrenty is parfect."

"Really happy I went with them, great job. Replaced shower unit without cutting into back wall was great!! Great quality work at a very resonable price. If I have any more need of a plumber THEY WiLL BE FIRST ONE I CALL!!"

"Lane and his helper (sorry I can’t remember name) from Granite Plumbing removed a heating oil tank from basement that was over 1/4 full , drained tank and removed. Very professional, quick and careful. There clean up was immaculate. I appreciate that he was able to adapt to my schedule and come so quickly. I will be contacting Lane for future jobs. I would recommend Granite Plumbing. Thank you Lane"
