"A class act..., gave me a ballpark price over the phone, came out to the house on a Saturday night at 08:00pm! The price was lower than the quote over the phone. A true professional, gentleman and a leather neck!! I now have a new plumber..."

"Exchanged messages with Mike to describe work needed, replace an outdoor faucet and shutoff value (previous faucet was leaking). He gave an estimate, reviewed work to be done. Replaced outdoor spigot with a frost-proof spigot, put on new value. Quick test and validation. Professional, efficient and happy with work done! Thank you Mike !"

"Jeff showed up on time and cleared our kitchen sink within an hour. He was communicative the entire time - from letting us know he was en route to explaining the problem as he was fixing it. Friendly, professional, nice guy. Highly recommend hiring him for your plumbing needs!"

"The entire process was really great. We always felt that Jeff was trying to satisfy our wants and needs not trying to sell us something. From beginning to end the whole process was very professional. The install crew was very good, professional and considerate of our home. The install was perfect and finished in one day as promised and the cleanup was so good you would never know that any work had been done in the bathroom. I highly recommend Clouds 9 Tubs. They are a top shelf organization and we are very pleased with their work. Also every appointment we had from beginning to end they were always on time."

"My technician Robert Santiago was friendly, helpful, and prompt. Made a very stressful situation bearable. He thoroughly examined my system and its layout, and explained where the clog was explained could be occurring. He even gave me a bit of a history lesson on plumbing in old houses like mine, and the kind of problems that people typically face with them. He also told me exactly what he was planning to do, what equipment would be used, and how it worked. Worked on the problem for a couple hours until he got results. Very persistent! Cleaned up and sanitized the worksite as well. Also made a few suggestions as to some diagnostic measures I should look into to make sure I don’t run into the problem again. I’m very grateful for Zoom’s help and would recommend them to others!"

"Workmen were excellent. They asked for direction when appropriate, but otherwise worked independently as a well coordinated team. Finished shower and plumbing is great. No issues whatsoever."

"One needs to have patience for the timing for the product to arrive. The plumber/craftsman was great and he was skilled in his profession and very polite, on time and worked 100% of the time while he was here."

"Cyr homes owner and his two workers was prompt and got the broken pipe replaced quickly. I'm very happy thank you Troy."
