"Ryan and Matt were awesome. Matt was very quick on replying to my quote request and getting me a price. Once I chose them for my water line replacement, they moved quickly. Ryan was great while on the job site; kept me updated on what was going on, answered my questions, explained why they used certain products, etc. Matt was there off and on throughout the morning and he was very good to work with as well. They use Steve from Evergreen Boring LLC and he was really great to work with as well. I will be using them again for additional plumbing projects. Their price was very competitive to other plumbing companies."

"Well, it's fixed. A learning experience ? get many bids and make sure the company wants your business. Pros ? Technicians were polite and respectful of my home while I worked in meetings all day. ? The pooling water issue in the basement was resolved, and the floor is now dry; the work was ultimately completed. ? Initial estimate visit was free, but not thorough ? Senior staff came out later to apologize and review the work. Cons ? Pricing was far higher than industry norms based on later bids. ? Avoidable scope changes and price increases after work began; two other plumbers said the job could have been done as originally quoted. ? Communication issues (delayed quotes, unclear explanations, forgotten site details). ? Work quality/finishing didn?t match the premium price; two professionals asked if we had done the work ourselves. Added pictures because I don't know plumbing, so you decide if you'd want this. ? Extra fees add up: 10% financing fee (Synchrony) and 4% credit card fee."

"Brian and Avery were very helpful in giving us options for a tub to shower conversion. The installers, Kyle and Layla were professional and very personable. Our family members are tall. We requested the shower head be installed at a higher height which the plumber T.L. accommodated. Kyle also took the time to make sure the grab bars and shower bench were the correct height for long arms and legs. The new shower is beautiful! All in all a positive experience and would recommend this company."

"We live in an old house, built in 1929, and the plumbing system here is a jumble to say the least. Imagine our surprise, however, when we discovered that we had not one but TWO septic tanks. And the one we did not know about failed and began to back up. We initially thought that the lines were plugged but our local roto rooter guys found this old defunct tank that had actually been serving the kitchen and two bathrooms and it had stopped working. YEK! They told us we needed a new tank and would have to install a pumping system to the tune of some $11,000. So we called Rick Jonas A-Affordable to get another bid. He came, examined the problems, checked and tested the drain field using a transome to determine elevation gains and gave us two bids. One bid if a pump system were needed and one if he could work the system out to use a gravity feed instead. The gravity feed was considerably less expensive. He came out the next week and did the work. This involved pulling down extensive overgrowth, digging a new site and re-plumbing some of the drain lines. He also decommissioned the old tanks. We were only without use of water for 1/2 day. And he was able to use the gravity system afterall, thus saving us literally thousands of dollars. He cleaned up the site extremely well after the work was completed. He then went so far as to spread extra gravel he had on the job over our driveway. An unexpected bonus!"
