"Rocky crushed every step of our nightmare. Two days before family and friends come to town for our baby shower, our water heater decided to dump water into our basement. Thankfully we noticed in time, called and in less than two hours Rocky and Justice were at our doorstep. They assed the situation and Rocky explained all our options in a professional manner. He asked in-depth questions to make sure our new tank would meet our requirements. They were able to make some calls and an hour later they were in my basement again swapping out the old for the new, rehung piping and adjusted the gas line. In and out like nothing had even happened. Rocky went over the multiple warranty’s that come with their service as well. 10/10 saved the day!"

"Big Bear did a superb job on my basement bathroom remodeling project. The owner, Rob, is extremely friendly and straightforward and always returns calls timely. He got me a quote right away for the job and other than some minor adjustments regarding the start date for the project (which worked out OK) he and his team did a wonderful job replacing toilet and sink, putting up new drywall, new floor, even fixing some plumbing work that was not done to code by the previous plumber. The work was done super-professionally with nice quality of materials used. The new bathroom looks great and the whole experience was very hassle-free. I am hoping to work with Rob/ Big Bear again on some more remodeling work next year."

And he replaced a wax ring on a toilet and added a shut off valve to the swimming pool water line. We have been extremely satisfied with his workmanship. And he explains everything that he is doing in detail so we could understood exactly what he was going to accomplish. Chris is professional and leaves area clean afterwords. "Floor Essence did a fantastic job for us. Our basement had recently flooded and after we had completed our waterproofing, we hired FE to redu our basement floor. They were knowledgeable, hardworking, trustworthly, and VERY resonable compared to other companies we had out to quote. They even went above and beyond to fix up some baseboards/drywall they needed to be replace. I would definitely hire them again should I need to replace fooring or carpet. We were extremely pleased!"

"Found my hot water tank leaking steadily at 8:30 am the Friday before xmas. Talked to several other companies that could have someone come out on Monday (for a fee) to take a look at it. Called Renewal at 9:10 am. Matt called me back at 9:15 and said he would come by after his next appointment and take a look. He was there by 10:30. He quoted a very reasonable price to purchase and install a new tank THAT DAY. (Note that my home requires a PowerVent water tank; more expensive and a little more difficult to install.) By 2:30pm He had the entire job finished and at the price quoted! Matt was personable, professional and very knowledgeable. I will use him for my future planned projects and am recommending him to friends and family."

"I called Ohio Basement Systems up after scheduling an appointment to have another company come out (you have seen their commercials). The sales man (Sam) showed up with in a day or two (early also), gave me a quote, applied a few discounts which I then agreed to have the work done. Within a day or two, a date was schedule for the following week. Ryan and Shane showed up and went above and beyond leveling up my sidewalk and patio, along with caulking the patio and also provide a few extra tubes of caulk in case there was any settling. The first company called back the next day to confirm they were coming out the next day to provide a quote....I said no need its already done!!! I highly recommend this company! Ryan and Shane did a fantastic job!! I have already recommended them to a few of my neighbors!!!"
