They removed the old bathtubs, and completely updated the plumbing installing two new bathroom showers. Carson and Reiniel teams were onetime and very professional. There was one small problem with the walls due to the ceiling and walls not being plumb however they did go above and beyond by doing more than was was agreed upon by making plumbing improvements, installing a new lighted medicine cabinet and repairing a light fixture. They were very courteous and the installer even made a suggestion for a change that we agreed would be better."

"We had two bathrooms done, The contractor they sent out to do the work was extremely meticulous (thank you Merle). The reason for the 3.5 rating on customer service is that the company gave us tiny little shelves for a new linen closet that we had installed where the old shower had been. My husband emailed the salesperson a week ago about getting that remedied and hasn't heard back even though the salesperson said he'd look into it. The bathrooms are beautiful, however, we weren't told that they wouldn't patch up drywall until the job was underway. We have painters coming this week to do that and repaint. Guess we still also have to find someone to make us proper sized shelves."

The step in shower, toilet, vanity, mirror, lighting and exhaust fan we ordered all had the quality we wanted and expected. ImProvit have a lifetime warranty on everything they did plus the lifetime warranty is transferable to new owners if we ever decided to sell our home. Other bathroom remodel companies only offered us the step in shower with a one day turnaround to install. We would have to hire someone else to install the toilet, vanity, lighting and exhaust fan. We didnâ t like the idea of having 3 maybe 4 different contractors working on one small bathroom at the same time and if something went wrong with the project the only ones to blame would be ourselves. Only thing left for us to do now is hire another quality contractor to do our floors in our bathroom and master bedroom at the same time now."
