"The men arrived on time. The original assessment was that the interior wall would have to be cut open and wainscoting removed then replaced in order to access the pipes. However they first tried to remove the faucet from the outside wall and were able to do so. The faucet was replaced at minimal cost and in a short period of time. "I found Delaware Valley Plumbing when we finally got fed up with our leaky kitchen faucet and looked for a plumber to replace it. Our faucet set up is not standard, so we bought a replacement that matched the existing set up to facilitate the repair. They were able to come out a few days after the call - in the middle of the pandemic - and replaced the faucet with only minor complications. The repair was relatively quick and the price was fair and in line with the average for this area. I definitely recommend them and will call them again next time I need plumbing work done!"

"Ken and Eric did a fantastic job of installing the shower surround. They were very meticulous and neat. Made sure everything was done correctly. As far as a luxury bath as a company, the management (Joe project manager) does not care about their customers. They only care about getting their money. They have a three day cancellation contract that nobody reads in the three days and if something is wrong, there’s no way they’ll cancel it they just want their money. They also do not have plumbers that are qualified to move pipes that are in the way so you have to pay more to get that done. Also, in the sales pitch, the salesman (Phil Mahran) tells you that if they find anything behind the existing walls, they can fix it, which is not true they can’t fix plumbing in the way. The company wouldn’t even help pay for the extra plumbing work that cost me $1700."
