"So I took a lovely bath. When I drained my tub, a loud gurgling sound began to emerge from the toilet and tub, then my toilet exploded and sewage poured out and everywhere! I panicked and called my in-laws since he's a home contractor. He did his best to help but it was clear we needed plumber. I'm currently recovering from heart surgery and my recovery has been difficult... So I left a frantic message with Eddie's explaining that my toilet exploded. Even though it was super late at night, I got a call back! I cried on the phone about everything and he came to my place right away. The tech was a nice young guy, though not Eddie himself, and he and my father in law did whatever needed to be done so I could still use my toilet. It was quick and clean and he was professional and polite. I would definitely be using these guys again!

"Overall, a great job. Installers were professional, courteous and hard working. Cleaned up, vacuumed. Installed by Jake M., Kevin, Zach P, and Bill. There was a plumbing issue and the installers immediately had Bill, master plumber, come out to fix it. Took 2 days instead of one due to the plumbing issue. My only complaint is that my salesman, Drew W. did not call me back when I reached out to him with a concern. Very happy with the finished project. Kudos to Jake, Kevin, Bill and Zach on a job well done."

"Ken and Eric did a fantastic job of installing the shower surround. They were very meticulous and neat. Made sure everything was done correctly. As far as a luxury bath as a company, the management (Joe project manager) does not care about their customers. They only care about getting their money. They have a three day cancellation contract that nobody reads in the three days and if something is wrong, there’s no way they’ll cancel it they just want their money. They also do not have plumbers that are qualified to move pipes that are in the way so you have to pay more to get that done. Also, in the sales pitch, the salesman (Phil Mahran) tells you that if they find anything behind the existing walls, they can fix it, which is not true they can’t fix plumbing in the way. The company wouldn’t even help pay for the extra plumbing work that cost me $1700."

Our pricing is very simple: we charge a $175 service fee, and $150 per hour for Lead Electricians, $115 per hour for Second Electricians, and $85 to $95 per hour for Helpers. , plus parts for electrical, drain work and appliances. We service all brands of portable and stand by generators. Work before 6 am as well as night after 6pm, weekends and holidays is subject to additional charges. "I needed to have the hot and cold shutoff valves replaced in the laundry area, Two other plumbing companies quoted me prices higher and said the wall had to be cut. Chris from A.J. Perry arrived and said he might be able to replace the valves without cutting the wall. He did, in fact, replace the valves without cutting and wall. Chris was the nicest service person I dealt with in a very long time."
