"Fantastic! We were in a bind when my tenant called with no water. I called Randy on a Saturday afternoon, Memorial Day weekend and within a couple of hours he replied that he would be there first thing in the morning...ON A SUNDAY!! Sure enough, he and his dad showed up around 8am, assessed the problem (old worn out well pump and leaking pressure tank) and by 9:15 had both units replaced and working with all new electrical line run from the well head to the pump. Fair price and unbelievable service! I couldn't recommend him more enthusiastically! I'll definitely be calling him for some new construction projects we have going."

"Troy was quick to respond to our initial inquiry, provided thorough explanations of the process, offered in-house financing that made the whole project affordable, conducted a site review as arranged by mutual agreement, and worked with us on scheduling the project of replacing the septic pump and pump housing, as the initial date didn't work due to inclement weather. Troy and his associate arrived today (6/24/2026) and completed the whole project in less than 4 hours (even with a lunch break included!) Our Boxer puppy "supervised" through the picture window, and injected some humor into an otherwise dirty, challenging job.
