Gerardo, the owner, came out and did the work himself. He rectified problem after problem, from toilet flanges to two improvised P-traps with AAV vents under sinks caused by rough-in installed in the wrong place. His problem-solving got us to code and through inspection on the first pass. His communication is excellent. He shows up on time and works fast. This is the guy you want on speed dial, whether it's an emergency repair or rough-in and finish trim done properly. No cutting corners. I know this because he came in specifically to fix the work of someone who did. He caught issues I had no idea about, and he knows the code inside and out. He's friendly, kind, and he'll travel. "Fabulous products, service, knowledge & skills! We had a walk-in bathtub removed and replaced along with 96" worth of ugly tile on walls. Our new 2nd bath is beautiful. We chose white tub & white subway tiles and polished nickel fixtures. The team did a fabulous job replumbing (they found problems with old plumbing and fixed it properly), removed the beastly tub without splitting in two parts, meticulously placed plumbing, tile backs, and tub in and installed new fixtures. They jumped through hoops to locate polished nickel products to include the shower rod. We also had them finish the plumbing in our unfinished 3rd bathroom and the install a 32" corner shower. Whew...it's a small bathroom so we talked with the crew chief doing the work (he's SOOOOO knowledgeable and just a great guy!) and he gave us suggestions regarding sink and toilet. It's a tiny bath so we greatly appreciated Westshore stepping up and going above and beyond to do the work in our home. We get rave reviews on how well these bathrooms look and it shows! Just beautiful! Price was right on point considering they went above and beyond and followed up."
