Very professional, courteous, clean and never could tell they were even here when job was finished. Had major problems under the original tubs/in the walls of the original tubs and they took care of it all at no additional cost. Both seperate jobs were completed before 5pm. Love love love our new showers!!!"

"As far as the crawl space material they put down, it went great. It took them slightly longer than expected but they did a good job there. Con number one: the crew at my house tore several take-offs totally off of the vent. They made several attempts to repair it, but in the end, I was left to contact my HVAC contractor to repair the damage to avoid another over-expensive power bill. For the cost of the project, I was highly pissed that my brand new duct work was trashed, and no one from AFS let me know that they had torn up my take-offs. Con number two: I was told all of any trash found in my crawlspace, plumbing scraps, rocks etc. would be removed. I found a lot of stuff stashed on top of pillars and things like that. Overall, I would have paid no more than 1/3rd down and held the last payment until I was able to inspect the work done thoroughly. At the end of the day, I feel confident in the job they did on my crawl space, and I certainly have much less moisture under my house now. I would be slightly apprehensive to recommend this company unless you are comfortable going into your crawlspace and inspecting for any damage before paying them."

"Y'all. I'm putting these people in my phone contacts as "My Plumbers." If being able to trust the people working in your home and knowing the work done is solid are your priorities, then stop right now and hire these guys. I have had a journey, and our house is very old. Our plumbing completely failed a week and a half ago, like... dig up the yard failure. After multiple companies either failed to address the problem, didn't show, ripped me off, or actually made the problem worse, I didn't know what to DO! I found these folks on Angie's List, and the reviews got me thinking, so I had them come out for a quote. They were one of the only companies that were able to get me in before Christmas, when all other places were telling me I'd be in a hotel ringing in the new year! They sent out Anthony and Josh. They have been like the plumbing dynamic duo - they communicate efficiently with one another, and know their job well enough that all the bajillions of hiccups inherent to an old house did not stop them from their goal of getting us back in our home for Christmas - and spend part of their Christmas Eve to make sure it happened for my family. AND they came with smiles on their faces in really horrible weather for an outside job in the cold. Anthony and Josh have been 100% honest with me and straightforward. They explained clearly what we needed done and gave me all the potential options to choose from. I never once felt like they were making unnecessary recommendations or trying to sell me anything. They were simply knowledgeable, helpful, and trustworthy. Theirs was not the cheapest quote, but sometimes you need to consider that you get what you pay for. The cheapest job was not my goal - a solid fix from a company I could trust to do other potential work without trying to sell me down the river was way more important. There's more work to be done, for sure. BUT - they will most definitely always be the ones to do it, and I could not recommend them more highly."

We needed this done pretty quickly and other companies we had contacted were all booked up. I got in touch with this company and Marty gave me a call back and offered to come by in the evening after he was done with his last job of the day to take a look at this for us. Right then I knew we had picked the right company. As a business owner, I really appreciated him going this extra mile. Marty didn't have an opening until the following week but knowing we needed this done pretty quickly he got there to inspect our basement quickly. He was very knowledgeable and just a great guy! We would definitely recommend Marty and this company for any of your basement waterproofing needs!"

"Bath Experts does excellent work. They are fast, efficient, and a pleasure to deal with. The only caution is their sales approach. They will give you a price good for a year, but that price is ridiculous. They will also offer a 30 day price, which is less but still high. The if you sign now price is the lowest and is around the same price you can get from other installers. So, if you're ready to pull the trigger and do the project Bath Experts is a great company. If you're shopping for prices, they probably won't be the best deal."
