"Owner Chris from Rapid Plumbing responded quickly when I called, asking him to replace my toilet. He and his helper did an excellent job, and cleaned up the area completely. Great company to work with. He's my plumber for any future jobs."

"I was on the fence in replacing my water heater. I decided to get some quotes from plumbers. I came across Reliable Plumbing. I read their customer reviews, which were highly favorable. Then I spoke to Jerry. Which was like talking to an old friend. Jerry's honesty and professionalism won me over. Paul the plumber came 2 days later, did a great job. Paul was professional. Pollite and explained everything to me. I was extremely happy with the price, the service and the honesty. I will be using Reliable Plumbing going forward"

"Louie is fantastic!!! He called me promptly and was very nice on the phone. He came to my house on time and explained exactly what he would need to do to fix my clogged toilet and how much it would cost. He also noticed some additional problems which I wasn't aware of and he gave me a quote for repairing those other issues. I hired him to do the entire job because he was so knowledgeable, professional and very polite. He did an amazing job. My toilet is running like a brand new toilet! I would highly recommend Louie from Snake The Drain Plumbing & Drain Services. We've hired so many other plumbers in the past and many of them are rude, unprofessional and/or way overpriced considering their poor customer service. Not Louie! He's the best! If you need any plumbing repairs, don't waste time shopping around. Just give Louie a call. We will certainly use him again for future plumbing jobs. Thanks, Louie!"

"The guys at DrainRX are the best. Living in an older house in Rockville Centre with old plumbing that easily clogs up, I have had to call them three times for three different drains, and every time John got in touch with me immediately, they came as soon as they could, and resolved the issue quickly. They're honest workers who only charge what is necessary, and they appreciate repeat customers and take an interest in getting to know you and your house. Recommend 10/10."

"Excellent Plumbing was fantastic - he installed a new faucet, vanity, and water filter for me. Super punctual, really professional, very communicative, and paid close attention to detail. Everything's working great. What really stood out was Joe's dedication. He came back to check on the work and found an unrelated issue with my kitchen sink (which was already there). He gave me some great tips on how to fix it. I highly recommend Joe and Excellent Plumbing & Heating for any plumbing work. He's super skilled and has awesome customer service."

"Egli Plumbing was available on short notice and able to solve the problem with our sump pump with ease. They also helped to repair 2 of my toilets the next day. Would definitely recommend for any plumbing needs!"

"R and R plumbing-Felt very comfortable with their explanations, honesty and keepers of their word during entire service."

"I called them because my roomate was complaining of a backup in the sink and the tub.  Since he was complaining of these at the same time I assumed it was an issue with the pipe going to the cesspool as I've had an issue with it before (and yes, I used the same company both times).  When they showed up, they looked at the issue and determined it wasn't a problem with the pipe and actually helped me discover and fix the problem (the stopper in the tub had fallen into the drain and blocked water flow).  They even gave me some tips for the sink.  This was a great example of a company going the extra mile to help me solve a problem even though it was outside their area of responsibility.  Very happy with them, will use them again if needed.
