"I had a broken sewer pipe underneath my cement floor that was coming up through cracks in the cement. I knew it was a huge job. When the main street pipe started draining into my basement Dave called the city after hours and had them clear the clog, saved me from a disaster. They came on Tuesday morning and finished by end of day Thursday. They dug a trench through the basement then outside to the sidewalk to replace the piping. Incredible job. It was expensive but I knew that going in, just unfortunate."

"We wanted to replace our old water closet toilet that connected directly to the soil stack with a new rear outlet toilet that would also connect to the stack. We knew we needed an experienced plumber willing to take on the challenge of cutting out an old toilet and repiping. Addario’s sent Paul to look at things over. He proposed two options, differing only in final toilet placement. In less than a week, special order parts had arrived, the job was scheduled and the work was completed. Paul returned to do the work. It took all day. He was well-organized and neat, very competent and considerate. I reached out to Marcin not expecting to hear from him until Monday. Marcin emailed me back on a Sunday asking for questions and photos so he could scope the job. Because we were without a main toilet, Marcin moved his schedule around to come to our house on Monday! He walked me through which toilet specs i should buy, and I ran out and got a toilet, and him and his assistant came over, and had the remaining parts on hand to finish the job quickly!
