"I hired Neli over a week period for 3 different appliances, my dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, and even kitchen sink! I had a fantastic experience: 1. I fixed my dryer with Thomas' excellent remote guidance, changing the timer and the switch! Fabulous guidance Thomas, with lots of money saved! I learned a lot in the process. 2. I determined that there was no dishwasher leak and in the process learned how to check for leaks and trouble shoot for some common repair issues. It cost $40.00 but as I had some water on the floor, I was ready to get a new dishwasher. Now, I am confident that it wasn't a leak and caused by putting in the dishes in a funny manner and not a repair issue. I am using the dishwasher now again with no problem. 3. I determined with Thomas' help that the washing machine had a major problem and could have spun out of control into my wall....no question, it was time to get a new washing machine! This was a well spent $40.00--I even got Thomas advice on purchasing a new washing machine and what to look for. 4. I checked the drainage on my kitchen sink and learned how to empty out the "trap" and that most likely, I am okay, but what to swap out if I have continuing issues with slow drainage. In the end, I saved lots of money, gaining and learning valuable experience! Absolutely fabulous service!"

"Awesome service!  I called Advanced Plumbing for the first time around midnight when I had a water spewing from a pipe behind my water heater.  I spoke with John who was there within 15 minutes of me calling.  He replaced the pipe and fixed the leak within 30 minutes.  I was worried about it being considered an emergency call and costing more, but he doesn't charge extra for emergency calls.  Great guy and great company!  Highly recommended!!

We immediately turned the water off and called Jason after hearing water gushing and being unable to determine the exact culprit. It was dark and after-hours but, it couldn't wait until morning. Jason arrived less than 30 minutes from the time we called and started to work immediately. My husband and I were both very impressed with both the service and price. He had everything he needed with him and was under the house, replaced the connectors that were causing the problem, and back out in just a few minutes. I thought he was coming out to get something he needed off the truck but, he was finished with the repair!!! I was absolutely impressed and would recommend him for anyone with plumbing needs.
We have used other well known companies in the past and paid astronomical prices after much less work during normal business hours but, NEVER again. We WILL call Jason Faircloth for any plumbing needs from now on!!!"
