Our home central air conditioning system needed to be replaced. After reviewing and getting estimates from several companies, we decided, due to their outstanding reviews, to use Varsity Home Service to replace our entire central air conditioning system. There is no question that we made the right choice to use this company. From the pleasant attitude of the receptionist to the sales people and technical support, they showed concern as to what system would be best for our needs without pressure to upsell items. They came to our house on time and evaluated our house and made recommendations as to what they felt was the appropriate replacement system to satisfy our needs. Everyone we dealt with made our experience a most pleasant one, explained what we needed and helped us make the right decision regarding the system that would be best for us. Their estimate and cost for the system we chose was competitive. After making the decision to use their services, they came on time, the technicians were knowledgeable and efficient in replacing our system, they answered all questions to our satisfaction, explained an reviewed the function of the system, tested out the system, and they removed all debris and the old system from the premises. Quality, word, and deed is hard to find these days. ... hired Mike to fix a MESS..... BROKEN CESSPOOL LINE ... CESSPOOL FILLED WITH BABY WIPES.... COVERS NEEDED TO BE DUG UP. .... HE WORKED TILL DARK CLEARING A BROKEN LINE..... HE TOLD US TO DIG UP THE COVERS TO THE CESSPOOL AND OVER FLOW. OK? HE SAID THAT HE WOULD BE BACK IN THE MORNING..... I. PAID HIM. $1,000.00 , and he handed me a yellow receipt and left. ... I never expected to see him again. Next morning, 6:30. Am... Mike calls ' did ya dig up the covers?" He. Says? Yes... I said... ' OK .... I see you in a half an hour....and there. He was. .. first he pumped 1000. Gallons.... then he raked off the Top of the remaining water a whole garbag can full of more wipes... then cleared the line from the cessPool to the overflow and showed us how to airate with a heavy rod.... it was august, it was hot, Mike and my nephew were full of sweat and dirt.... he showed my Nephew how to patch the broken line and then apologized that he had another call .... that all should be good... if not I could call and he'd Be back....well.... it's been 5 months.... my ceptic system is working like a charm.... every time I flush. .. For years I have wanted to update my very old and inefficient American Standard cast iron boiler. I was very fortunate to find Mr Joe Burriesci the owner of Mayjac Plumbing who took the time to evaluate the best options, since the old boiler handled two apartments. We collectively decided to go with two Navien Combi Condensing Boilers, but the best part of the entire process was how meticulous the installation was done. Artie and his workers, Hector and his brother, did a wonderful job. Bonus points for finishing the total job, gutting and remodeling of the bathroom in 4 days! It's been several weeks since the job was completed we still can't believe how great it looks and everything works well.

They called and asked question on my problem, than called back to see if it helped any, than they set up the appointment convenant for my schedule, they came close to when they said they would, he was very polite and knoledgeable about my heater, he ran test on the heater to make sure of the problem. He had to order the part and said he would be back the very next day which he was, did the repair , tested it after completion let it run to make sure it was fixed.The person which came to my house was very polite a real pro.

ACM is an excellent company with a thorough, professional approach to assessing and correcting my basement water problems. Once the job was begun, they worked every day until the job was finished. Extensive irrigation and placement of a French Drain should correct the problems we found when we bought the house. The owner is "hands on" in his approach, and I highly recommend them.
