Mike from Tom Drexler called to let me know he was on his way, gave me the estimate before starting work, and explained what he was doing and why. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the pipes quickly and made sure it was working properly before leaving. I was very satisfied with the service. The price was more than I was expecting but I am happy to have this fixed, as it was causing leaks in my kitchen ceiling and I should not have any other issues. Grout was added to some of my existing wall tile where it had come out, a new shut off valve and supply line to fix another plumbers botched job, and he even made a new threshold seen in the picture that matches the wood floor.
