I live in an area with a very high water table and keeping water out is a major issue. The install was almost effortless on my part. I had some issues later and was very pleased that EverDry honored their promise to come back out and do what needed to be done (like adding more finger drains) to keep the water table below my floor. I returned the water heater, and they again connected me to Holthaus. Holthaus called later that same afternoon and scheduled for the next morning. Dan came out and installed the water heater and new stand in just an hour. He only charged $30 for additional materials related to new gas fittings. He was very polite, transparent, and thorough.
