He is great to deal with. I had called other plumbers but they wanted me to wait until Monday and with a leak I didn't want to wait three days I called Rodney and he squeezed me in and at no extra charge. "I was very upset with this company as they did not fix my problem or diagnose it correctly. They then sent the same plumber out for a second time and the problem was not resolved. I posted my disappointment on Home Advisor. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing then sent a master plumber who found the problem and corrected it at no additional expense. I am now very please and would recommend them as they were not satisfied until we were satisfied."

"Our bathtub was leaking and the floor was dipping. John the representative was wonderful to work with. In 2 weeks Matt the installer came out and removed our cast iron tub. He repaired the plumbing, put in a new subfloor and installed a walk in shower. He was a hard worker and answered any questions we had. Our bathroom looks beautiful! We are very happy. And there is a lifetime warranty!"
