"I reached out to The Waterline Group (TWG) after getting a quote from one of the large plumbing companies in the area. The problem was a bad Backflow Preventer. The quote was very high and included work that didnâ t need to be done. TWG inspected the problem and got me on the schedule quickly for $900 less than what I was previously quoted. The TWG technicians were very polite and efficient and everything has been working great ever since. TWG exceeded my expectations and they will be my first call the next time I have a plumbing problem."

DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen? of Greater Fredericksburg provided excellent service and support throughout the entire remodeling process. Steve Everett, the General Manager, planned and negotiated all aspects of the project from start to finish. We were new to the process, so Steve explained all options and the implications of the various choices. He made recommendations based upon the quality and durability of the options. He regularly visited the work site to ensure excellent service. At the final stages of the project Steve personally performed detail work, to address and resolve our concerns. All of his subcontractors were excellent. They arrived on time, protected the interior of my home from any and all debris throughout the process, and were courteous and professional. Initially the subcontractors laid down a plastic cover for dust protection. They put floor runners in place between the work area and exit door. These stayed in place throughout the project. The subcontractors cleaned up and removed all debris.
The contractor who handled installation of the shower valve, shower outlet, and handle bars checked with me regularly to ensure proper placement of these items, The tile people went a step above the contract requirements and put a corner seat in the shower for me! The glass contractors explained out to properly care for the shower enclosure.
My husband and I very pleased with the work and service provided by DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen? of Greater Fredericksburg DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen? of Greater Fredericksburg. We will happily recommend them.

"Erkay, Ismar, and team were absolutely awesome. Burju was our designer and she was fabulous as well. From the initial consultation to final walkthrough everything went smoothly and pretty seamlessly. Erkay is a fabulous project manager and was available onsite daily to assist Ismar and team as well as field any questions (even by text). Ismar and his team tackled everything from demo, tub installation, tile, plumbing, countertop installation, cabinet installation, hardware installation PERFECTLY. Those are some of the hardest working guys I have ever seen. I was impressed daily. Everything turned out amazing, we can’t wait to have them back to do another bathroom. Highly recommend. Cost is about on point with what it should be."

"DMV Kitchen and Bath did our kitchen several years ago and we were so pleased with the outcome and professionalism that we decided to work with them again to get our two bathrooms and laundry room renovated. Javier and his team went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with every single item. Javier was always reachable and we never had to worry about something being done to our dissatisfaction. He truly stands by his work and makes sure you are 100% happy with the outcome. He had also helped us select materials and come up with a nice design! The bathrooms look gorgeous and we couldn’t be happier! In the future we are thinking of adding an attic bathroom and we wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again!"

It depends on the severity of the leak. Minor leaks may not require immediate attention and can be scheduled during regular business hours. However, if the leak is causing significant water damage or you can't control the flow of water, it's best to call an emergency plumber right away. Addressing serious leaks promptly can prevent structural damage and mold growth, potentially saving you money on extensive repairs later.
