"We had a stopped up toilet in our duplex rental in early February. We were notified at 3 pm. I researched plumbers in our area a replacement for our usual plumber who was unavailable. I called WyattWorks Plumbing and spoke with Shawnica who calmed me down, was friendly and professional. They were able to come out that evening. Ryan made short work of the blockage and our tenants were thrilled. When we had a blocked toilet in our home and a slightly leaking hot water faucet, we again contacted Shawnica. She told us that she'd keep in touch with us, which she actually did! Bryan Barnes came first thing Monday morning and was a great person to work with. He inspected everything and gave us 4 options to choose from which went from repairing the toilet and replacing the faucet so it would work to replacing the toilet & the faucets. We chose to repair the toilet and replace the aqua seal faucet but not the lines & hardware (another project). Bryan had everything repaired and running in an hour. He was so professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He did a great job on the plumbing part as well as cleaning up. Shawnica, was wonderful as well she was great about working with us to schedule the appointments. We will not use our usual plumbing company (who we have used for several years) again but we will use WyattWorks for all of our plumbing needs and we would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs as well!!"

Not the lowest, but considering how well everything went, it was well worth it. Actually, in that light, it was a bit lower than I might have guessed. I made an online request to three different companies late last night for an urgent plumbing situation. This morning at 7:20am, the office called and got me on the schedule. Chris M. arrived at my home and was professional, knowledgable, straight forward, and friendly. He quoted me fair prices to install a new toilet and new kitchen faucet, both of which I had previously purchased independently and had at home ready to install. I was very happy that he was able to complete the installs that day. He also fixed a minor leak below a bathroom sink. All around a great experience! "Tony and his assistant changed out the pipes running from our kitchen sink to the main outflow pipe in the basement, a run of about 35 feet. It was a dirty job, but they were conscientious about getting it done quickly, professionally, and without getting that horrible sewage sludge on things. All new pipes, with better angles and an additional clean out access point for future snaking when necessary. I'll call him again for other jobs."

"Services: Unclog drain, Repair toilet, Repair pipe. // Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness // Haines was recommended to me saying they were good at their job. I called them Monday, Feb 15th about a clogged drain, they came out Tues Feb 16th at the time I was told they would be there, which was great! They were there from 3:30 pm to 6:50 pm. Some repairs had to be made to the laundry tub drain and my toilet had to be lifted so they could access that portion of the drain. After the toilet was replaced, the shut-off valve leaked, so I asked them to replace that also. The work that was done created quite a mess... BUT, when they were finished you would never know that. Everything was cleaned up so well and disinfected, it looked nice and smelled nice. The workmen were very professional and knowledgeable about their job. I will add this company to my contacts as a reliable source for repairs."
