Replace lavatory sink tail piece and lavatory sink stopper assembly I needed this done fairly quickly as the toilet was starting to drip water into a ceiling area below. The telephone staff who set up our appointment were great. Response time was short. Once the technician arrived, he was up front with pricing, so I knew what their price would be. I did postpone other less urgent work because of the price. The cost for these two items was almost $1000. Past experience with other plumbers would have been in the $700 range. However, TMS was available, and they were not If the price had been more in line, I will probably use them as my regular."

I shared a picture of the huge rock we shipped to their landscaper of their new home in Washington NC, (Pops said if you found a rock you had to report it) we drove down and decorated it with red ribbon and greenery then drove them to the landscapers. So long story not so short, when Wes’s team finished our deck he placed a huge red bow on the railing. It meant so much to me and reinforced the fact that he listens to his customers.
